They spent about 8 minutes and 8 bucks putting together this cheesy video. Production is not as good as some school video projects.

Great buy!
The Buns workout is the best out of all of the 8 minute work minute outs. It is hard at first but it is well worth the effort. The 8 minute strech is a great addition to the DVD.
