Cathe Friedrich’s High Step Training/Advanced DVD
After a 5 minute warm-up, the workout follows this routine: Cycle 1–CARDIO (step combo with power 15’s & fast food agility drills), LEGS (dumbledd leg press, squats), TRICEPS (tricep push-ups, dumbbell tricep overhead extensions with static lunges, one arm dips). Excellent DVD
What can I say about Cathe’s DVD? Except it is a wonderful workout like all the others! She really gives you a great workout for the money!
