Visual learner
I think this was probably a good book. I realized that it didn’t really work for me as a learning style. I much preferred using DVDs for my work outs.

It’s allright. I’ve had trouble getting into it - I’ve found I get better ideas and a better workout from pregnancy fitness videos.
