KettleBell Weight Exercises part two

The deadlift is another great one of the kettlebell weight exercises, so start with the weight in front of you and your legs shoulders width apart, bend your legs to reach the handle then with a straight arm and relaxed shoulder

Lift straight up and slightly backwards and hold, then put back down again do this for 3 sets of 8 reps on each arm. You can also do this with your legs straight as well, maybe do 2 sets of bent leg and 1 set of straight legged deadlifts per workout

Ok lets do a kettlebell curl, start by picking it up in front of you with a palm up grip on the handle then hanging down, start to curl it up towards your shoulder again in a controlled and even movement, then back down do this for 3 sets of 8 reps on both sides

Here we will work on your triceps (back of arm) pick up your kettlebell, as you are standing with feet shoulders width apart, swing with an even body motion backwards and forwards then when at right height stop at the very

Top and lay the weight on your forearm underneath its handle, now keeping the top of your arm straight up and rigid, bend at your elbow and lower the weight right down and back up again gripping the kettlebell in a

Palm up hold, make sure the top of your arm does not move during this exercise and do it again on both arms for 3 sets 8 reps, when you get used to doing this one you can do a set of press ups in between to make it harder

Another good example of kettlebell weight exercises is the clean and press again feet shoulders width apart and the bell on which ever side you are going to start with. Pick it up and start to swing then about mid way in the

Front swing hold the kettlebell straight up with your upper arm straight out the bell should be then pressed straight up and back down then allowed to swing down by your side again for 3 sets of 8 reps on each side

Another good warm up or warm down is to hold the kettlebell straight down between your legs, then using momentum swing gently back and forward keeping your arm straight and shoulders relaxed

It should travel down under between your legs to around head height, again always remember to keep your body relaxed as possible while doing these routines
