    Very Informative -Very Unique Methodology
    This book by John Little is well researched. It provides a lot of documentation on the principles of High Intensity Training as well as program design.

    I bought the book and tried the program religiously for 3 months. Unfortunately, I want to grow. This program will help you gain strength with static holds.
