    INFORMATION PACKED
In the world of strength publishing, there are few coaches that can create and relate real-world information to the masses. Mark’s and Lon’s work is without equal.

The best practical book that helps one custom make an effective workout
This book is an eye opener. I’ve always lifted in just the same failed way he mentions in the book. I did ten reps of 3 set for every workout.

    Very practical training book
I read the first Mark Rippetoe book, “Starting Strength” and I was amazed at how detailed all the information about every type of recommended exercises was.

    Better investment then gold!
For two years I’ve been doing different routines and searching countless hours on the net for the “right” routine. I’ve spent hours trying to come up with my own.
