    This Lady Knows her “Stuff”
    I was so pleased with this DVD. Mirabai is a no-nonsense trainer who explains every move in detail and provides great information about osteoporosis.

    This is Fantastic
    I was diagnosed with Osteoperosis this year. I’m 51 and it was a real wake up call. I have always walked for fitness but I have also added this video to my routine.
