Strength Training Workouts Outdoors and Wild
Get out in the fresh air and hit those muscles, tendons and ligaments in a different sort of way and have fun. Here is a list of things to look out for that can give you unique strength training workouts

A road with a hill of around of about three quarters to a mile long preferably leading to the countryside with woods and things around

Plenty of material around to train with e.g :- large stones, tree trunks, fallen tree logs etc
To start with there is nothing like a good warm through, so the hill will certainly be very good at fulfilling this role, try and pace yourself so you climb the hill at an even pace and pay attention to your breathing, breath and the way you use it will help you tremendously
The first few times you may want to just practice at getting good at the hill then as you advance and find it easy you can start wearing ankle weights and doing it until you find that easy, then as well as the ankle weights
You may want to consider using a weighted backpack, do you see how progressive these strength training workouts can be and also after the walk you can put your ankle weights in the backpack
We have reached the top of the hill now and just for good measure find a safe place and do 30 to 50 bodyweight squats to get your legs really going well, gently walk loosening and shaking your legs to get them going again then, walking toward a place you have found useful items to train with
You come across a fallen piece of tree trunk and if the weight is right its perfect for flipping, so stoop down at one end lift with your legs and back straight then start moving along and flipping it over and over then back again
Obviously if you are doing this in the summer check there are no snakes around first, maybe roll the log with your foot.
As you continue your walk after the log flipping look for odd shaped and different sized stones laying about (again checking for snakes etc first) and then with the correct lifting technique start to shoulder the stone
Maybe walk with it for 100 yards or so then bring it back and repeat you could also use the stone to deadlift or straight leg deadlift with, in between the carries see the potential here ?
Now find a tree with a good sized trunk and clean around the base and do a timed hand stand against it, then a hand stand facing the tree and walk out and back to the tree trunk with your hands, try and do all of these exercises for 3 sets each
Now to finish walk down the hill at an even pace, you will know that you are winning at strength training workouts when you have mastered this and even have added to its intensity, Get Strong !
