    Great workout, but hard to finish!
    This is by far the greatest workout I have ever done! I shed pounds pretty quick, however it’s really hard to complete the entire workout and get maximum results!

    Poorly made DVD
    This is the worst fitness DVD that I’ve ever seen. I wish I could give it a negative star. Doing jumping rope and jumping jack for warm up to a cardio exercises?

    Sweatiest workout every
    This is the best workout ever. I used to be on the cross country team in high school and never have i sweated more in this one workout then any running practice.

    Biggest Loser - Cardio Max
    No matter what kind of shape you’re in, what age you are, etc, the Cardio Max video is a great workout that I highly recommend.

    Awesome high energy workout!
