    Some of it, I felt was not neccesary . . .
    Pavel added really great workouts for that is gets a 4 star rating . . . but i would have given it a 5 stars rating if it did not includes a bunch of things I did not really care…

    Skip the book, it’s worthless, but the DVD…

    Magical kettlebells!
